TempleRide is a ride coordination platform only. Havari LLC provides the website and technology as a free service. Havari LLC does not operate, manage, supervise, or participate in any transportation. All responsibility for rides, safety, and conduct lies solely between the volunteer driver and the patron.
TempleRide is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This platform is not an official church program. The Church is not responsible for any aspect of this service, the conduct of its users, or any outcomes arising from its use.
Havari LLC bears absolutely no liability of any kind. This is a coordination-only platform. Volunteers and patrons are solely and fully responsible for their own safety, conduct, vehicle insurance, and any incidents that occur before, during, or after a ride. By using this platform, users agree that Havari LLC has no involvement in and no responsibility for any ride whatsoever.
All drivers are unpaid, independent volunteers. They are not employees or agents of Havari LLC or of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Havari LLC makes no representations regarding driver qualifications, vehicle condition, insurance, or fitness for purpose.
Havari LLC does not guarantee the availability of drivers for any date or time. Ride requests are fulfilled on a best-effort basis by volunteers only.
Users must provide accurate contact and location information. This service is intended for transportation to and from the Las Vegas Nevada Temple only.
Ride requests must be submitted with sufficient advance notice as specified in the app. Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
Personal information (name, email, phone, address) is used solely for ride coordination and is not sold or shared with third parties.
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
